According to 2005 listing from CNN/Money and Money magazine for the top 100 places to live, Chino Hills was ranked 68th in America and took 7th place in North and South California.
Chino Hills Real Estate: On the last full week of August, there are 12 homes in pending and 5 backup listings, a total of 17 homes in transaction. The total unsold inventory continues to increase during this month. The updated sales rate for July is 24.1%.
To date, August sales have drastically dropped to around 20%, and many forecasters predict that prices may drop even more by the end of the year. This is a 10 year low for Chino Hills; buyers are hesitant to buy and the inventory keeps on rising.

CHINO Real Estate - The City of Chino is centrally located in the western portion of the Inland Empire, in the lush valley below the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Commercial and industrial growth has been a significant success in Chino, due in large part to the City’s development friendly philosophy. The community of Chino is still growing, there are still new homes being built in "The Preserve."
Chino Real Estate: On the last full week of August, there are 20 homes in pending and 7 back up listings, a total of 27 homes in transaction. The total unsold inventory continues to be on the increase. The updated sales rate for July is 25.6%.
To date, August sales have also drastically dropped to around 23% in Chino, and many forecasters predict that prices may drop even more by the end of the year. There are still many newer built homes that are priced very low due to the high HOA fees that are averting buyers. It is still a great opportunity for investors and first time homebuyers to snatch up these great deals.

EASTVALE (CORONA) Real Estate - Located in the North Western corner of Riverside County; CA, Eastvale is a rapidly growing community with well over a dozen developers building new neighborhoods. It is a place where families can enjoy quiet residential streets, easy access to freeways and shopping, new public school facilities and high quality housing. Residents have quick access to several major roadways, including Interstate 15 and State Routes 71, 60 and 91. Eastvale has quickly become a neighborhood of choice. Ever since the year of 2007, a lot of properties in Eastvale (Corona) have become Bank Owned and Short Sale property. In the declining real estate market nowadays, many investors chose to purchase short sale and REO properties of Eastvale (Corona) for investment. This year on April 15th, the voting for Eastvale to become it's own city starts. If passed, it would greatly help increase the housing prices in the area.
Corona (Eastvale) Real Estate: On the last full week of August, there are 16 homes in pending and 12 back up listings, a total of 28 homes in transaction. The total unsold inventory remain about the same from the previous week. The updated sales rate for July is 33.3%.
To date, August sales have stayed around 32%. Eastvale's inventory is still around 60% short sales, and although the demand is up, the short sale approval process has dragged down the sales rate.
