California alone had 222 contestants in the 2005 listing of top 100 places to live and 11 were selected, according to 2005 listing from CNN/Money and Money magazine. 1,300 places were voted and the finalists were chosen based on safety, education, economics, arts, leisure, park space, and income. Chino Hills was ranked 68th in America and took 7th place in North and South California.
