1) I have built a strong defense to protect the rights of my buyers I am a very experienced agent and I understand how to protect the buyer from any problems that might occur. Not only will I guide my clients through the transaction process and make sure every step they take is in their best interest but if any disagreements rise, my ability to negotiate and work with others is excellent. Even when two parties are experiencing great difficulty, I have always been able to help them work things out.

(Once a buyer is found and a contract is accepted by the seller, termination rights no longer apply.)
