Open house signs have a very large impact on the degree of exposure and ultimately the success of an open house session. The way an agent sets up his or her signs is also a factor that represents how experienced an agent is. Most agents will usually put up around 10 signs total. The part time or newer agents usually put up an average of 5 signs. As one of Chino Hills top local agents, I am very familiar with the Chino Hills area and because I know all the best spots for attracting attention to open houses, I usually put up over 50 signs each open house session. I have split Chino Hills into two sides, south and north, depending on which side your property is located, I will install signs in preset locations, making sure all the important areas, main streets, and freeways have signs. Here are some sample maps of where a typical, newer or inexperienced agent would post their signs compared to where I post mine for properties in different areas. You will notice the difference in exposure from the two different routes.
