Is it possible to make my own estimate on the Bobohomes website?
 

The quickest method of estimating the value of a property is through Zillow.com, a very popular and quick property evaluation site. Just keep in mind that this is a very general estimate and will be questionable at best. If you are a serious seller and wish to find out the market value of your property, I advise you to have a professional or local agent conduct an on site estimate for your property.

 
 
 
 
 
What separates Bobohomes from other websites in terms of tools for estimating your own property?
 

Given that other websites include tools for estimation, the elements that make my website different from most others are the details of my statistics and my exclusive “Latest Activity Reports” section. My statistics section is updated twice every month and includes statistics for Chino Hills and other nearby cities. The statistics contains tables with average prices, numbers of houses and condos sold, and prices of different sized houses for each month. The “Latest Activity Reports” section which is currently focused on Chino Hills but in the process of expanding gives you a report of recent activities separated by neighborhood. You can find out which properties have sold in which neighborhood at what price and which ones are still active, pending, or backup. Having access to this information makes it very easy for you to compare your property to ones that are similar in size and in the same neighborhood.

 
 
 
 
 
Is there any other way for me to get an estimate? If so, which way would be most suitable for me?
 

In addition from giving you the tools to make your own estimate, I also offer a free C.M.A. (Comparative Market Analysis) estimate, and free location estimate. Depending on your situation, a different type of estimate might be more suitable. Making your own estimate should be sufficient if you are not planning on selling your house but you are just curious about your property’s value. If you have the intention of selling but not immediately, then you should request a C.M.A. estimate. This estimate is similar to making your own estimate except the analysis is done by a professional who is experienced with comparison between properties. If you are planning on selling immediately than it is vital to get a location estimate. A location estimate is when I actually go over to your house to do the evaluation. I will take note of all the details that might affect your properties value and give you a much more accurate estimate.
